Meat loaf Sandwiches

Yields: Makes 4 sandwiches
This recipe uses the meatloaf from my meatloaf recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Favorite Family Meatloaf
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce, (We like KC Masterpiece)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 onion rolls or hamburger buns, split
- 1/2 cup prepared creamy coleslaw, (optional)
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, vinegar and pepper; mix well. Cut meatloaf into eight slices. Place 2 slices on bottom half of each roll; top each with approximately 2 tablespoons sauce and 2 tablespoons coleslaw. Close sandwiches. Makes 4 servings (serving size is one sandwich).
